• Inspects sites to ensure safety regulations are being followed.
• Responsible for counseling employees that are not exercising safety protocols.
• Conducts safety meetings with staff on a monthly basis or more frequent depending on regulation   updates and needs of the company.
• Responsible for ensuring all Safety Manuals are kept current
• Oversees scheduling and maintaining training for all employees in a timely manner.

• Position requires excellent technical writing and communication skills (including interpersonal and oral) as well as computer skills.

• A  B.S. degree in civil, chemical or environmental engineering is required.
• Current 40-hour OSHA training.

• Manage the technical aspects of the Navy RAC Program and major task order assignments under the RAC Program.
• Oversee staffing and execution of projects and meet regularly with senior client management to identify and pursue contract opportunities, and manage business aspects of the contract.

• Prior federal Program Management as Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, Senior Project Manager, Business Manager, or Technical Director
• Professional licensing and registration is desired.
